Don Roberts

   

Don studied at Toronto's Royal Conservatory of Music and with Phyllis Antognini. While in Toronto, Don was a scholarship winner at the Conservatory and at the Toronto Kiwanis Festival.

Other performances in that city include: singing under Dr. Elmer Iseler with the Toronto Festival singers (including recording with Stravinsky), being a finalist in the Metropolitan Opera auditions, and singing with the "Swinging Voices" on the Tommy Ambrose Show.

Locally Don is a member of the "Command Performance" choir and played the Pirate King in the production of Gilbert and Sullivan's "Pirates of Penzance" at the Regent Theatre last November.
