Mr. Antscherl's model of the British ship of the line HMS Polyphemus won the Nautical Research Guild, Howard I. Chapelle Memorial Award at the 2000 Mariners Museum Scale Ship Model event in Newport News. N.B. Polyphemus was one of the Argonauts of classical mythology.
